Chicken Tamale Casserole

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Add mix to 3 cups water.  Stir well. Bring to a boil.  Cook approx. 5 minutes on medium high stirring frequently.  Add 1 cup grated Monterey jack cheese , 1-10oz can of chicken & 1 can of ranch style or pinto beans.  Stir well.  Pour mixture into and 8x8 casserole dish.  Top with grated Monterey jack cheese & crushed tortilla chips.  Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.


Makes approximately 6 servings

Ingredients:
Chicken base (salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed corn protein, monosodium glutamate, monoside food starch, sugar, dehydrated onion, chicken, hydrolyzed yeast, sodium insonate, sodium gymalate, natural color and flavors, silicon dioxide), masa flour, onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin, oregano, jalapeno, chili powder & selected spices.
