Chicken Tamale Casserole

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Add mix to 3 cups water.  Stir well. Bring to a boil.  Cook approx. 5 minutes on medium high stirring frequently.  Add 1 cup grated Monterey jack cheese , 1-10oz can of chicken & 1 can of ranch style or pinto beans.  Stir well.  Pour mixture into and 8x8 casserole dish.  Top with grated Monterey jack cheese & crushed tortilla chips.  Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Ingredients:
Chicken base (Salt, corn starch, sugar, hydrolyzed corn gluten & soy protein, maltodextrin, rendered chicken fat (rendered chicken fat, natural flavorings), dry onion, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, partially hydrogenated soybean & cottonseed oil, spice extractives, extractive of tumeric (for color), yellow #6 lake, less than 2% soybean oil and calcium silicate as processing aids), masa flour, onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin, oregano, jalapeno, chili powder & selected spices.
