Chicken Ziti Casserole

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Add mix to 3 cups milk & 1-10 ¾ oz can of tomato puree.  Stir well.  Bring to a boil on high.  Turn to medium high & cook approximately 10 minutes until pasta is done stirring frequently.  Add 1-8oz bar of cream cheese & 1 10oz can of chicken.  Stir until well blended.  Pour mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish.  Top with grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese.  Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.  Serve with a dinner salad a garlic bread.

To make vegetarian:  Substitute cooked squash, eggplant or zucchini in place of the chicken.

Ingredients:
Parmesan cheese (parmesan cheese aged 10 mths or more, pasteurized part skim cow’s milk, salt, culture, enzymes, and micro crystalline cellulose used for anti-caking), black pepper, garlic, onion, oregano, basil & selected spices.
