Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and drain. Add 3 cups water to mix. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes until pasta is done. Add 1 can of ranch style beans & meat to mixture. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with grated Monterey jack cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with tortillas or cornbread.
