Directions:
Combine with 8 oz. sour cream, cream cheese, or non-fat yogurt and 2 oz. blue cheese.  Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Serve with raw vegetables.  For salad dressing add ¼ cup milk or buttermilk. 

Ingredients:
Onion, garlic, cayenne, lemon pepper, and selected spices.
