Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. Beat 3 eggs with a fork. Add
both packages of mix to eggs. Add 1 stick melted
margarine or butter and 1 – 20oz can of crushed
pineapple drained. Stir well. Pour into an unbaked
deep dish pie shell and bake at 350° for one hour. We
recommend using Mrs. Smith’s Deep Dish Pie Crusts.
Makes 8 servings.
Ingredients: Sugar, coconut, cornmeal, flour, salt & selected
spices.
