Confederate Chicken Enchilada Soup
Prepare mix as directed without adding the chicken. Take 1 - 1 ½ dozen tamales out of the shuck and warm in either the microwave or oven. Place the warm tamales in a casserole dish, pour soup over the top, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped onions. And bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts.
