This applies to all retail orders being shipped to locations in the
contiguous 48 states (no PO Boxes please).

For orders shipped to any other location, we charge the actual cost
of shipping. If you are having your order shipped outside the
contiguous 48 states, we will email you with the actual shipping
charges, for your approval, before processing your
order.
Due to restrictions on international shipment of food we only ship to addresses within the U.S. We are happy to ship to APO addresses.
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days
(could be a little longer during peak months September - December). Shipping time is approximately 4-5 days
depending on the shipping destination.
Transaction Policy: We accept credit cards through our web based secure server. All mail-in (i.e. checks or money-orders) must clear our bank before orders will be shipped.
