Directions:
Brown 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey in a pot or large skillet.  When meat is done, add 2 cups water, soup mix, 3 corn tortillas torn into pieces, and ½ cup grated Monterey Jack cheese.  Cook on medium heat until thickened, approximately 10 minutes.  Spread sour cream over top and sprinkle with chopped green onions and grated cheese if desired.  
Makes approximately 5-6 servings
