Directions:
Put 2 tablespoons of butter in saucepan, add ½ heaping cup flour, and 2 cups milk (whole, 2%, skim or non-fat powdered dry milk). Cook on medium heat for 2 or 3 minutes stirring until all is well mixed. Add 4 additional cups of milk (whole, 2%, skim or non-fat powdered dry milk) and packaged soup mix. Stir until well mixed and smooth, while cooking on low heat for 10 minutes. Stir soup often to prevent scorching or sticking. Add 6 oz. canned or frozen crabmeat (imitation may be substituted). A can of corn may be added. Also, 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of sugar may be added for a sweeter taste. Serve and enjoy.
