Directions:
Add contents of soup mix to 7 cups water.  Stir until mix is completely dissolved in water.  Bring to a simmer and add 8 oz grated Velveeta cheese.  Cook on very low heat for 30 minutes stirring often.  Serve in bowls.  May be sprinkled with additional grated cheese, chopped onions, and fresh chopped cilantro.
