Directions:
Take leftover turkey carcass and cover with approx. 6-8 cups water. Simmer 1-2 hours, adding water as necessary to keep same level. Cool and take any meat off carcass. Use 8 cups of turkey broth or 8 cups water and the spice packet. Bring to a boil, and turn to simmer. Add all or some of the following leftovers: 2 cups chopped turkey or ham, 1 cup dressing, 1 cup mashed potatoes, 1 cup corn, green beans or carrots. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve. Cranberry sauce may be used as a garnish on soup.

How to fix soup like the samples we give at shows:
Mix spice packet with 6 cups water and 2.5 oz can of turkey. Bring to a boil. Add 1 cup dry dressing crumbs and simmer 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
