Directions:
Combine soup mix with 6 cups water and one 2.8 oz.
can "French's French Fried Real Onions."
Stir to dissolve beef base. Bring mixture to boil,
reduce heat and simmer for approximately 10
minutes. To serve, place croutons in bowls,
sprinkle with grated Swiss or Grueger cheese, then ladle
soup into bowls.

approximately 6 servings
Alternate use:
Combine soup mix with sour cream (24 oz.) for a
French Onion Dip.
Ingredients:
Onion, beef base (hydrolyzed soy protein, salt,
sugar, beef fat, onion, monosodium glutamate, food starch, natural
flavor, caramel color, spice extractives, disodium
insonate, disodium guanylate, silicon dioxide), parmesan
cheese, chives, black pepper, and selected spices.
