Directions:
Mix contents of soup mix with two 14 oz. cans of diced tomatoes, 2 cups water, 1 can chopped clams, and 8 oz. fresh or frozen seafood, such as fish, shrimp or crab. Optional items that may be added: 1 small can of mushrooms, ½ cup olive oil or ½ cup dry sherry or white wine. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until seafood is done. Serve with warm sourdough bread. Can also be served over linguini.
Makes approximately 6 servings
Ingredients:
Onion, leek, parsley, green bell pepper, sugar, black pepper, garlic, lemon, basil, oregano, and selected spices.
