Directions:
Mix package with 5 cups milk( whole, 2%, skim or non-fat powdered dry milk) & 1 – 10oz can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles. Cook on low to medium heat until thick and cream, approximately 10 minutes. Stir soup often to prevent scorching or sticking. One 10oz can of chicken may be added. Soup may be garnished with additional pico de gallo.
