Directions:
Combine soup mix with 5 cups water and ½ cup regular rice.  Boil gently for 45 minutes (if using a quick-cooking rice, boil 15 minutes or until done).  Add cooked or canned chicken, shrimp, or other seafood, or browned, diced, sirloin steak (approximately 10 oz.).  If desired, top with pico de gallo or salsa.  
Makes approximately 6 servings
