Directions:
Combine soup mix with 4 cups milk (whole, low-fat, 2%, skim, or non-fat powdered dry milk).  Bring almost to a boil and reduce heat immediately.  Simmer until thickened and add 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (low fat or fat free cheese may be substituted) before serving.  A 10 oz. can of chicken may also be added if desired.   
Makes approximately 6 servings

Ingredients:
Onion, cornstarch, chicken base (salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed corn protein, monosodium glutamate, monoside food starch, sugar, dehydrated onion, chicken, hydrolyzed yeast, sodium insonate, sodium gymalate, natural color and flavors, silicon dioxide), cayenne, parsley, garlic, lemon peel, pepper, tumeric, oregano, and selected spices.

Directions:
Combine soup mix with 4 cups milk (whole, low fat, 2%, skim, or non-fat powdered dry milk) and one or two 15.25 oz. cans sweet corn (drained).  Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.  Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally.  Cooked seafood may be added if desired.

Ingredients:
Potato flakes, cornstarch, onion, chicken base (salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed corn protein, monosodium glutamate, monoside food starch, sugar, dehydrated onion, chicken, hydrolyzed yeast, sodium insonate, sodium gymalate, natural color and flavors, silicon dioxide), herbal salt substitute (paprika, onion, garlic, oregano, lemon peel, rose hips, mustard, tomato, parsley, dill weed, tarragon, tumeric), garlic, tumeric, and selected spices.


Directions:
Combine soup mix with 4 cups milk (whole, low fat, 2%, skim, or non-fat powdered dry milk).  Bring almost to a boil, reduce heat immediately and simmer until thickened.  Add 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (low fat or fat free may be substituted).  If desired, add 2 tbsp. butter and ¼ cup sour cream.  Cooked or canned potatoes may also be added if desired.

Directions:
Combine soup mix with 6 cups water and one can of chicken.  Bring to a boil.  Cut 6-8 flour tortillas into strips.  Reduce soup to low heat and drop in tortilla strips individually.  If creamier soup is desired, add ¼ cup butter.  Cook on low heat for approximately 10 minutes, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.  
Makes approximately 6 servings
 
Alternate use:
To make soup mix into chicken and rice soup, add 1 cup rice instead of tortilla strips.  Follow all other directions as stated above.

Directions:
Mix package with 6 cups milk (whole, 2 %, skim, or non-fat powdered dry milk), one 8oz bar of cream cheese and one 4oz can of Old El Paso or other brand of peeled green chilies either mild, medium or hot depending on taste. Cook on low to medium heat until thick and creamy, approximately 10 minutes. Stir soup often to prevent scorching or sticking. Remove from hear and stir in 1 cup diced avocados, fresh or frozen, if desired. Soup may be garnished with chopped tomatoes or cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
