Directions:
Cut up 1 lb. tenderized beef steak or use hamburger meat (more meat can be used) and brown in skillet or pot using 1 tablespoon oil or use Pam Spray. When meat is brown, add 6 cups water and spice packet with pasta (extra pasta may be added). Bring to a boil and then cook on medium heat until pasta is done (about 20 minutes). Stir in small can of mushrooms and add ½ - 1 cup sour cream. Serve and enjoy.
