Directions:
Combine soup mix with 4 cups water and a 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes (or you may use 6 cups water and a 6 oz can tomato paste instead).  Add frozen meatballs or homemade cooked meatballs, 2 tbsp. olive oil and simmer.  Cook on low for 30 minutes.  Add salt to taste if desired.  Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and serve.
