Directions:
Combine soup mix with three 15 oz. cans of crushed tomatoes.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.  Add 1 cup cream or half and half and 2 tbsp. butter (optional) while stirring over low heat.  Garnish with basil leaves and serve with hot bread.  
Makes approximately 6 servings
 
Alternate use:
Add one package of our Sabine River Spinach dip to make Tomato Florentine Soup.

Ingredients:
Dry powdered milk, sugar, basil, oregano, black pepper, and selected spices.
