Chili the way it's made in Texas. The longer it cooks, the better it is.
Directions:
Brown 3 lbs. meat (chili meat, ground beef, or ground turkey) in a large pot. When meat is done, add large spice packet, two 8 oz. cans of tomato sauce, and 4 cups of water. Simmer for 30 minutes to one hour. Add small spice packet and simmer for 10 more minutes. More water may be added if chili is too thick.

Chili powder, onion, cumin, cornstarch, beef base (hydrolyzed soy protein, salt, sugar, beef fat, onion, monosodium glutamate, food starch, natural flavor, caramel color, spice extractives, disodium insonate, disodium guanylate, silicon dioxide), oregano, chicken base (salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed corn protein, monosodium glutamate, monoside food starch, sugar, dehydrated onion, chicken, hydrolyzed yeast, sodium insonate, sodium gymalate, natural color and flavors, silicon dioxide), coriander, garlic, paprika, and selected spices.
