Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add mix to 3 cups water. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Cook approx. 5 minutes on medium high stirring frequently. Add 1 cup grated Monterey jack cheese, 1-13 oz. can of chicken & 1 can of ranch style or pinto beans (don't drain the beans). Stir well. Pour mixture into and 8x8 casserole dish. Top with grated Monterey jack cheese & crushed tortilla chips. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
