Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown 1lb hamburger meat and drain. Add 3 cups water to mix. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer 10-15 minutes until pasta is done. Add 1 can of black or ranch style beans & meat to mixture. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with grated Monterey Jack cheese & crushed chips. Bake for 20 miutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with tortillas or cornbread.
Instant Pot Directions:
Put all ingredients in pot together, cook with high pressure for 6 minutes. Release pressure, stir well & serve.
