Directions: Mix package with 6 cups milk (whole, 2 %, skim, or non-fat powdered dry milk), one 8oz bar of cream cheese and one 4oz can of Old El Paso or other brand of peeled green chilies either mild, medium or hot depending on taste. Cook on low to medium heat until thick and creamy, approximately 10 minutes. Stir soup often to prevent scorching or sticking. Remove from hear and stir in 1 cup diced avocados, fresh or frozen, if desired. Soup may be garnished with chopped tomatoes or cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
