Directions for pancakes: Heat pancake griddle or skillet to 375 degrees. Lightly grease griddle with oil. Whisk mix(large package)with 1 cup water. Let batter stand 2 minutes. Pour slightly less than 1/2 cup batter per pancake on griddle. Cook until bubbles on the surface of the pancakes have popped (about 3-4 minutes). Flip and cook until the underside is light golden(another 1 - 2 minutes). Mix will make 10 - 12 pancakes (3 1/2 inch).
Directions for syrup: Mix small package with 1 1/4 cup water with fork or whisk. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir well with fork. Serve with pancakes.
