Add milk and frozen popcorn chicken for a soup with a wonderful fried chicken flavor.
Directions:
Combine soup mix with 5 cups milk (whole, low fat, skim, 2% or non fat powdered dry milk). Bring to a boil on medium heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat to simmer and add 1 package of Popcorn Chicken (found in frozen food section of your grocery store) and continue cooking until thickened, stirring occasionally. Popcorn chicken does not need to be thawed before adding to soup. Can be served over rice or mashed potatoes. Approximate cooking time 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
