6 Pack Cornchip Casserole Mix

This is a 6 pack of our Cornchip Casserole Mix.

This casserole is like a fabulous Frito pie. All you need to add is hamburger meat, diced tomatoes & cream cheese, top with Fritos.

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown 1lb hamburger meat and drain. Add 3 cups water to mix. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer 10-15 minutes until pasta is done. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 8oz bar of cream cheese & meat to mixture. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with crushed Fritos. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with tortillas or cornbread.

Ingredients: Pasta (semolina, durum wheat flour, egg, niacin, ferrous(iron), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), onion, chili powder, chicken base(Salt, corn starch, sugar, hydrolyzed corn gluten & soy protein, maltodextrin, rendered chicken fat (rendered chicken fat, natural flavorings), dry onion, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, partially hydrogenated soybean & cottonseed oil, spice extractives, extractive of tumeric (for color), yellow #6 lake, less than 2% soybean oil and calcium silicate as processing aids), garlic, paprika, chives, cumin, jalapeno & selected spices.
