Beef Enchilada Casserole Mix

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown 1lb hamburger meat. Add mix, pasta & 1-8oz bar of cream cheese to meat & 3 cups water. Bring to a boil, add 1 can ranch style beansand cook 7 minutes on high, stirring frequently until pasta is done. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with8oz. sour cream & top with chopped green onions. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serve with a tossed green salad and rolls.

Ingredients: pasta, Chicken base(salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed corn protein, monoside food starch, sugar, dehydrated onion, chicken, hydrolyzed yeast, sodium insonate, sodium gymalate, natural color and flavors, silicon dioxide), corn starch, onions, cumin, oregano,cayenne & selected spices.
