King Ranch Casserole - Gluten Free

Directions: Add mix & 1-8oz bar of cream cheese to 3 cups milk. Bring to a boil and cook 7 minutes on high, stirring frequently until pasta is done. Add 1-13oz can of chicken & 1-10oz can of Rotel or dice tomatoes. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Serve with a tossed green salad and rolls.

Instapot Directions: Put all ingredients in pot together, cook with high pressure for 6 minutes. Release pressure, stir well & serve.

Ingredients: Pasta(corn flour, rice flour), Chicken base (salt, sugar, chicken fat, modified food starch, hyrdrolyzed soy protein(soy), onion powder, spices, dehydrated chicken meat, natural and artificial flavor, disodium inosinate & disodium guanylate),cornstarch, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeno & selected spices.
