New Mexico Green Chili Soup Mix

Directions: Mix package with 6 cups milk (whole, 2 %, skim, or non-fat powdered dry milk), one 8oz bar of cream cheese and one 4oz can of Old El Paso or other brand of peeled green chilies either mild, medium or hot depending on taste. Cook on low to medium heat until thick and creamy, approximately 10 minutes. Stir soup often to prevent scorching or sticking. Remove from hear and stir in 1 cup diced avocados, fresh or frozen, if desired. Soup may be garnished with chopped tomatoes or cilantro. Serve and enjoy.

Quick creamer (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate {a milk derivative} mono & diglycerides, sodium cirate, salt, soldium aluminosicilate & carrageenan), corn starch,Chicken base (Salt, corn starch, sugar, hydrolyzed corn gluten & soy protein, maltodextrin, rendered chicken fat (rendered chicken fat, natural flavorings), dry onion, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, partially hydrogenated soybean & cottonseed oil, spice extractives, extractive of tumeric (for color), yellow #6 lake, less than 2% soybean oil and calcium silicate as processing aids), cilantro, bell pepper, jalapeno and selected spices.
