This casserole tastes just like beef enchiladas. All you need to add is browned hamburger meat & cream cheese. This casserole is made with pasta.
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown 1 lb hamburger meat. Add mix, pasta & 1-8 oz bar of cream cheese to meat & 3 cups water. Bring to a boil, add 1 can ranch style beans and cook 7 minutes on high, stirring frequently until pasta is done. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with 8oz. sour cream & top with chopped green onions. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly. Serve with a tossed green salad and rolls.
