This is a customer favorite. It is a creamy casserole made with pasta. All you need to add is cream cheese, chicken & Rotel or diced tomatoes. The pasta comes in the mix. With this mix, you will be able to have dinner in approximately 20 minutes.
Directions: Add mix, pasta & 1-8oz bar of cream cheese(regular, 1/3 less fat, fat free or soy) to 3 cups milk(whole, 2%, 1% or soy). Bring to a boil and cook 7 minutes on high, stirring frequently until pasta is done. Add 1-13oz can of chicken & 1-10oz can of Rotel or diced tomatoes. Mix well and pour into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with grated cheese. If you want the cheese on top melted, stick it in the oven at 350° for approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with a tossed green salad and rolls.
