This casserole has a gravy flavor, all you need to add is cream cheese & frozen popcorn chicken. This is a kid favorite. Top with some French's Fried Onions for crunch or serve them on the side.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add mix to 3 cups water. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes until pasta is done. Add 1 cup sour cream and 8 ounces popcorn chicken or chicken strips cut into pieces. Stir until blended. Pour misture into an 8x8 casserole dish. Top casserole with shredded cheese & French's Fried onions. Bake in Oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with a tossed salad and French bread. Frozen mixed vegitables may also be added.
