A delicious "Texas Style" casserole ... all you need to add is chicken, black beans, cream cheese, & a few corn tortillas.

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add mix to 3 cups water. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Simmer 10-15 minutes until pasta is done. Add 1 – 8oz bar of cream cheese. Stir until blended. Add 1 – 13oz can of chicken,1 can of black beans and 4 corn tortilla cut into pieces. Pour mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese or crushed tortilla chips. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with a tossed salad & French bread.
